1. Custom accessories will only be created from October through June.  Please e-mail me first to find out if  I have any available openings in my calendar.
2. Next, let me know what your looking for. Think off-the-rack, this is custom design time! When you contact me I'll work out design and price quotes. Let me know your special color requests. If you don't know what you want, you can look at my finished designs in the Headpiece & Purse-Pocket Pages.
3. When we agree on a design, we'll quote a fixed price that covers all materials and labor unless otherwise agreed to (This quote does not include any local taxes such as import taxes. Such taxes are your responsibility and should be thoroughly investigated before placing an order).
4. When you give us the go-ahead, we'll require prepayment from a PayPal invoice, check or credit card. Any balance due must be paid before shipping.

Custom Floral Headpieces

Custom ordered garlands are available anytime so just e-mail me or call to discuss flower choices for garlands. Price estimates will depend upon size and types of flowers.

Deposits and Payments

We use paypal invoicing for credit card payments. Personal Checks and money orders are also accepted. You can also call in a credit card number.

• A refundable deposit is due before custom work begins only if you need to make installment payments. Refund is not allowable when custom work has begun.
• Balance due before shipment.

Please contact us before sending your deposit to verify availability. Always indicate your name, address, phone number, and wedding date with any deposit sent.

Terms

• Allow two or more weeks for construction (depends on what your ordering).
• For Bridal items, shipments should be made several weeks before wedding date, so allow enough time.
• All prices reflect U.S. dollars.
• Shipping and insurance are added for all custom orders. Tax added to items for New York shipments only.
• All dates can be confirmed via e-mail or phone.

Refunds

• We offer a full refund if you inform us of the cancellation before we have begin any custom work.
• If we had to purchase special material to meet your wishes, we'll subtract the cost of these materials.
• We do not offer any refund on a special order that has already been made or is in progress.
